This crinoline is in excellent condition but has no zipper or clasp at the waist so will need to be pinned. I believe it is a cotton blend. This will do a good job of adding some subtle volume to a Midi Skirt.

Waist laid flat 14.5 inches (but as you need to pin it will work best for a 27 inch waist in my opinion)
