90s White, Pink, and Green Floral Jacket

This pretty jacket has a built-in shirt underneath that the previous owner used small pieces of velcro to keep in place. One is missing but the others do their job.

To remove the shirt like piece you could cut it out at the shoulder

This is polyester and rayon.
