This stunning piece is new with tags, however has staining at the hem that it acquired somehow in years of storage. I am comfortable in saying I do think this will come out completely or be greatly improved with cleaning, however I personally opt not to clean items of this value myself (especially when light in color and they have tags) as I no longer have a dry cleaner in my town.
