90s(?) Blue Floral Maxi Skirt

This beautiful skirt is in excellent condition! It is not lined so not heavy, but at the same time nice and full.

Quite long, I am 5 foot 4 and had on 2.5 inch heels here.

Will work for a size 6 or 8.
