80s Does 40s (or potentially 40s) Red Satin Blouse

This beautiful handmade Blouse is in excellent condition but it is one of a few pieces I've had come to my shop that I have struggled to date. I've shown some on the inside stitching. Fellow sellers guessed 80s but I am just not positive.
