70s Lime Day Glo Bell Sleeve Dress

This dress is so eye catching but does have some spots that need mending that I have left to the new owner to decide how to care for.

Can be worn on or off the shoulders.

The main issue is a 2 inch tear at the bottom left of the Skirt. There are a couple other small holes I have shown as well.

This fabric is extremely light and I believe it is acetate as I have another extremely similar Dress that has tags. This one does not have tags.

Best for small or medium.

Waist laid flat 14 with stretch to 22
