Vintage shoes can be tricky and are prone to dry rot but I have checked and feel these are wearable. I always recommend Shoe Goo for shoe glue if repairs are ever needed.
Tagged an 8.5 and true to size per my own size 9 feet.
Measure 10 inches heel to toe on the sole. Heel is 1.75 inches
