This adorable dress is in excellent condition! I assume it originally had a matching bolero jacket or other shoulder covering that I did not acquire with it and is probably where the brand tag was located.
Tagged a 5/6 which is a modern XXS or XS. Shown here on a small and I could not zip it all the way.
