This rad pigskin coat is in good structural condition except for a small popped seam about 1.5 inches on the back left shoulder. The original belt is missing. This would benefit from a cleaning by a pro, but I also do feel it is perfectly wearable as is.
Was in a closet for 40 years, so if it were not winter here in Wisconsin, I would hang it out to get sun and air and freshen it up.
Armpit lining has opened, I will stitch back up. That commonly happens in heavy coats like this.
