This beautiful set is in very good condition! I can see just under the waistband where the felt is starting to thin, you may opt to reinforce that from the inside.
Was made by a lifelong home ec teacher who consigned many of her hand made items to me and is excited for them to go to new homes. Darn her 24 inch waist! (For me)
