This pretty hand made dress is in very good condition, though in my opinion could POSSIBLY benefit from starch or doing something to give it back a little structure. It is soft from washing.
Take a look at the picture of the hem, you may want to have that redone, but it's not totally necessary.
The fabric reminds me of vintage curtains in the best way.
