This fun Dress is in excellent condition. Looks a little wrinkled from being freshly washed and line dried. It has pockets! Includes a little capelet.
I am not 100% sure how this was originally fastened, but would look cute with a broach as a fastener in my opinion. I actually fastened it on using the top button on the dress itself.

Waist laid flat 12.75 (my 27 inch waist was comfortable)
