50s/60s Green and Blue Homemade Day Dress

This hand made Dress is in very good condition. I am not especially familiar with a lot of fabrics 60s and earlier so I hesitate to say what fabric other than a cotton blend. It is light, meant for a slip underneath. Matching Belt is included.
