30s/40s (?) Black Lace Jacket

This beautiful piece is in excellent condition except for some missing gems in the clasp. Will be striking over a Sleeveless or spaghetti strap gown.

As it is Handmade and a style I am unfamiliar with I am not able to precisely date it.
